Friday Races: Trifest for MS Kids
Includes youth paraTriathletes.
Youth age is determined by age as of 12/31/2025.
5-8 year olds race: 25 yard swim, 1 mile bike, .5 mile run
9-15 year olds race: 75 yard swim, 2 mile bike, 1 mile run
NEW in ‘26: Adult race on kids 9-15 course distances - Call it the super super sprint course

Olympic F1 Triathlon (Age Groupers = AG):
800 meter swim, 13 mile bike, 5k run, 700 meter swim, 13 mile bike & final 5k run
The Para division race will be a max of 15 racers.
Olympic Aquabike (AG):
800 meter swim, 13 mile bike, 700 meter swim, 13 mile bike.
Time stops after you cross into transition after the 2nd bike. However, we encourage you to walk over and cross the finish line for a photo and your finisher medal!

200 yard swim, 3.75 mile bike & 1 mile run
The Para division race will be max 15 racers
The original distance Jo Rampy raced in 2011, that started the Trifest story.
Triathlon Minimum Ages:
Youth: 5 years of age by age at the end of year 12/31/2026
Super Sprint: 10 years of age by age at the end of the year 12/31/2026
Sprint: 10 years of age by age at the end of the year 12/31/2026
Olympic: 15 years of age by age at the end of the year 12/31/2026
Relays: 2- or 3-person relays are welcome in all our triathlon events, except for the Aquabike and Youth Triathlons.
Packet Pickup: Friday, Sept. 4, 2-7 PM at race site.
Athletes are STRONGLY encouraged to check in and pick up their race packets prior to race day.
All athletes must show USAT card or pay one-day pass and sign waivers. USAT members do not need to sign waiver.
Photo ID will be required for everyone checking in for birthday validation.
