About the Rampy MS Research Foundation

MS stops people from moving. We are moving towards a cure. 

  • Nearly 1 million people are living with multiple sclerosis (MS) in the United States.
  • MS is also the leading cause of disability among young adults.
  • We’re building a first-of-its-kind research network focused exclusively on a cure with the top research scientists in the country. 

While this effort funds MS research at the University of Arkansas-Medical Sciences. The Foundation also funds MS research at Northwestern University and the University of California-San Francisco.

How many people have MS? 

Nearly 1 million people are living with multiple sclerosis in the United States. MS is also the leading cause of disability among young adults, usually appearing between ages 20 and 40.

How are you advancing MS research?

With guidance from our Medical Review Board, we are building a first-of-its-kind research network focused on exclusively on a cure with the top MS research scientists in the country. This network currently includes University of Arkansas-Medical Sciences (UAMS), Northwest University and the University of California-San Francisco.
