TriFest Training Practice by Rise Physical Therapy is designed for youth athletes, adult beginners, returning athletes, and anyone who wants to feel more confident before race weekend.

You do not need to be fast. You do not need to be experienced. You just need to be willing to learn, practice, and show up.

This four-week practice series helps participants build confidence with swimming, biking, running, transitions, and race-day flow in a supportive, beginner-friendly setting.
