Friday Races

Friday kicks off Trifest for MS Homecoming weekend with the Trifest for MS Kids races, giving young athletes a chance to swim, bike, and run in a supportive race-day environment. The Friday race lineup includes youth para-triathletes, age-group races for athletes 5–8 and 9–15, and the new adult Super Super Sprint option using the youth 9–15 course distances. With packet pickup, youth transition, race starts, and kids awards all happening Friday evening, it is a high-energy start to the weekend and a meaningful way for families to be part of the Trifest tradition.
