Erin studied leadership and entrepreneurship at Drury University, where she graduated with a Masters in Communication while being an All American swimmer and runner for the university.
Immediately after graduation she earned her elite license in triathlon where she came to Bentonville to race her first official pro race and claimed the top of the podium at the 2013 TRIFEST for MS. She since then has fell in love with the Rampy Foundation and the NWA Community.
She has raced as a professional triathlete on the US National Team for 5 consecutive years and has been ranked as high as 34th in the world on the international circuit.
She currently lives in Bentonville with her husband Steve, daughter Kate, and two dogs while running the local masters swimming programs, being head coach of Team Endurance Multi Sport Club (TEMC), and serves as the Director of Development for the Rampy MS Research Foundation.
