Save the Date: Labor Day 2012
The Rampy MS Research Foundation will host its first TRIFEST for MS, a three-day celebration that recognizes what can happen when individuals come together and encourage one another in greatness. All funds raised from the event will benefit the University of Arkansas Medical Science MS Research Center (UAMS).
The three-day festival was inspired when Jo Rampy, Co-Founder and Chief Encouragement Officer, completed her TRI 2 Encourage over Labor Day 2011. Set as a personal mission to complete her first triathalon, Rampy moved the Bentonville community to put on an official event. Organized in less than a day, over $1500 in funds was raised to start the Rampy MS Research Foundation.
“The community support we felt during Jo’s TRI 2 Encourage was incredible,” Scott Rampy, Co-Founder and President said. “The TRIFEST in 2012 will be an expanded effort by a group of ordinary people working to do extraordinary things for MS research.”
The Rampy MS Research Foundation is an official 501(c)3 nonprofit that works with its partners to advance MS research. You can also stay up-to-date on the Foundation’s work via Facebook and Twitter.
